Gallery de Brès was founded in 1987 by Marianne de Brès and is located at the Kerkstraat 179close to the centre for Art and Antiques , the Spiegelkwartier in Amsterdam Netherlands. 

During all these years she specialized in decorative and comtempory ART ranging from                                                            impressionist to figurative work with now and then a museum piece for the sophisticated collector.

There are impressionistic works with the accent on sea, sun and water, often pastel coloured works in oil who
capture the atmosphere of a sunny day on the beach. 

Known painters in this medium are  A.C. van Noort, Pierre Stefani, Gerhard Nesvadba.
